Online Consultant for Biometric Passport Services in Khanpur

As an Online Consultant for Biometric Passport Services, you will be responsible for assisting customers with the application process for obtaining a biometric passport. This includes providing guidance on required documents, fees, and submission procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of applications and responding to customer inquiries via email or chat support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with the biometric passport application process
- Provide guidance on required documents, fees, and submission procedures
- Review and verify completed applications for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with customers via email or chat support to address inquiries or concerns
- Ensure timely processing of applications through coordination with relevant authorities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any changes in biometric passport requirements or procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. international relations, public administration)
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly
- Basic computer skills (e.g. MS Office)
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required

Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position suitable for men with a valid biometric passport. While prior experience is preferred, we welcome candidates without experience who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Location: This position is based in Khanpur but may require occasional travel within the country.
