We are in search of an experienced and knowledgeable Online Consultant to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients through online communication channels such as email, chat, or video conferencing. You will assist clients with their inquiries and provide them with appropriate solutions and recommendations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong background in customer service, and the ability to work independently. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels to understand their needs and concerns
- Provide expert advice on products or services offered by the company
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Guide clients through the purchasing process and assist with product or service selection
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all client needs are met effectively
- Keep up-to-date with company's products/services and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients
- Maintain client records and document all interactions for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Knowledge of online communication tools such as email, chat, or video conferencing
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in e-commerce or retail industry
- Multilingual (Urdu/Hindi)
- Familiarity with social media platforms
