Personal Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our team at our fitness center in Oslo. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans for clients, conducting one-on-one training sessions, and providing guidance and support to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized fitness plans for clients based on their goals, abilities, and preferences
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions with clients
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to clients
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises
- Motivate and encourage clients to stay on track with their fitness journey
- Provide nutritional guidance and advice as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques to incorporate into training sessions
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment

Requirements:
- Certification from an accredited personal training program
- Proficient knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and modify fitness plans based on individual needs
- Ability to motivate, encourage, and hold clients accountable
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
