Job Title: Contract Office Assistant - Muharraq, Bahrain
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain on a contract basis. As an Office Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks to support our daily operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone without prior experience, as training will be provided. A biometric passport is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule meetings and appointments for staff members
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and processing invoices
- Help with general office maintenance and upkeep
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
Salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
