Team Lead - Indian Nationals


We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Team Lead to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Indian professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work and promoting a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Indian professionals, providing guidance, support and direction to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity and quality of work
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Develop strategies to improve team efficiency and implement best practices
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and assist with career development plans for team members
- Identify training needs and provide necessary resources for professional development
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team
- Promote a positive work culture through effective communication, recognition, and motivation of team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role preferably in a similar industry or with Indian nationals
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in process improvement strategies is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of any other Indian language would be an asset
