Senior Architect in Shan, India


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Shan, India. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, exceptional design skills, and excellent project management abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Produce high-quality drawings, models, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and contractors, to ensure designs are feasible and adhere to building codes
- Conduct site visits during construction phase to ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect with at least 7 years of experience in the field
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software programs
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas both verbally and visually
