As a Senior Architect - Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects in Shanghai, China. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then translate them into innovative and functional designs. Your strong project management skills will be essential in coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Develop design concepts that meet the client's vision and budget constraints
- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project progress
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review project plans for compliance with building codes, regulations, and environmental standards
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the project timeline

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect in a project management role
- Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and environmental standards in China
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
