Facade Technician


We are currently hiring a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Lahore. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing exterior building facades. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facade systems on buildings according to architectural plans and specifications
- Conduct regular inspections of existing facades to identify any damage or defects
- Perform necessary repairs and replacements to maintain the structural integrity of the facade
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights and with heavy machinery
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Keep track of inventory and report any material shortages or damages

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but candidates with prior experience in construction or facade installation will be preferred
- Must be physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- Good understanding of construction materials and techniques used in facade installation
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis with the possibility of extension based on performance
