We are in need of an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with architects and other professionals to design and develop construction projects. You will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with building regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or similar field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural technology
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop project plans and designs
- Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure project progress is on track
- Review plans for compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to address any issues or concerns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies
