Construction Project Manager

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Bayan. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your role will require excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team of construction workers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Oversee the selection of contractors and subcontractors
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor progress and performance on site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Proficient in project management software

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bayan (accommodation provided)
