Construction Project Manager


We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all phases of construction projects in Bayan, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction processes and regulations, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resources allocation plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Review project plans and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and government officials
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects stay within budget constraints
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to all stakeholders
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality of work meets standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Knowledge of Egyptian building codes and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time within budget
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Biometric passport for international travel (if applicable)
