Floral Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Vilnius. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for various events and occasions. This includes weddings, corporate events, and everyday arrangements for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and design, as well as excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences for floral arrangements
- Create unique and beautiful floral designs according to client specifications
- Source high-quality flowers from local vendors or suppliers
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Ensure timely delivery of all orders
- Set up and decorate event spaces with floral arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Passion for flowers and design
- Excellent communication skills to work with clients and team members
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their characteristics, and proper care techniques
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong time management skills

Salary: 1300$ per month
City: Vilnius
Nationality preference: Filipinos or Nepali (other nationalities welcome)
