Executive Chef
We are currently hiring an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Your creativity, leadership skills, and passion for culinary excellence will be key to ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and create new dishes using fresh, local ingredients
- Oversee all food purchasing, inventory management, and cost control
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods and international cuisine
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English (Malayalees preferred)
- Must have a biometric passport for travel purposes
