Administrative Coordinator
We are hiring an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative duties and office procedures. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with budget preparation and tracking expenses
- Prepare reports and presentations for meetings
- Ensure efficient operation of the office by implementing and maintaining procedures
- Liaise with vendors and service providers
- Monitor office operations and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Support other team members with various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience with budgeting preferred but not required
Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1000$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Lusail but we welcome candidates from Nepal or any other nationality who meet the requirements.
Note:
Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates without experience. English fluency is required for this position.
