Part-Time Android Developer
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Part-Time Android Developer to join our growing team in Os, Norway. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to create innovative and user-friendly mobile applications
- Design and implement new features for existing Android applications
- Optimize application performance and ensure a smooth user experience
- Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and reusable code
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in mobile development to continuously improve our products
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure quality standards are met
- Contribute to the overall development process by providing ideas for new features or improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience developing native Android applications with Java or Kotlin
- Strong understanding of the Android SDK, design principles, UI/UX standards, and best practices
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs such as Retrofit, RxJava, Firebase etc.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
Location:
This is an on-site position located in Os, Norway. However, we are open to remote work options for exceptional candidates.
