As a Teamlead, you will oversee a team of developers and ensure the successful completion of all projects. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in software development
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of developers and assign tasks accordingly
- Oversee the entire software development process from planning to deployment
