Junior Preservation Architect

Mauren, Liechtenstein is seeking a Junior Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Junior Preservation Architect, you will assist the lead architect in preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in Mauren and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for historic preservation and architecture and who are looking to gain valuable experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting research on historical buildings and structures
- Assist in creating preservation plans and proposals
- Collaborate with lead architect in designing preservation solutions
- Prepare drawings, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Participate in site visits and inspections
- Work with contractors to ensure preservation plans are executed correctly
- Keep up-to-date with local laws and regulations regarding historic preservation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Knowledge of historic preservation techniques and principles
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)
