Courier Supervisor


We are a leading courier company based in the beautiful city of Svalbard, and we are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Courier Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of packages and documents to our clients in a timely and efficient manner. This role does not require any previous experience, making it suitable for men who are looking to start their career in the courier industry.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of couriers to ensure timely deliveries
- Assign routes and schedules for couriers
- Train new couriers on company policies and procedures
- Monitor courier performance and provide feedback as needed
- Resolve any issues or complaints from clients regarding deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, expenses, and other relevant information
- Communicate with clients to confirm delivery details and address any concerns
- Handle any urgent or special delivery requests from clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy packages when necessary
- Knowledge of local roads and areas is preferred but not required

This position does not come with accommodation, so candidates must already be living in Svalbard or have their own housing arrangements. As this is a supervisory role, we prefer candidates who have leadership qualities and can effectively manage teams.
