We are seeking an Entry-Level Construction Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As an Entry-Level Construction Manager, you will work closely with senior managers to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and managing the construction process, as well as ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior managers to develop project plans and timelines
- Manage budgets and ensure that projects stay within financial constraints
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and obtaining necessary permits
- Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
We offer a starting salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
