As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at our luxury hotel in Bergen, Norway. You will assist guests with recommendations for local attractions, make reservations for dining and activities, and ensure their needs are met during their stay. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local area and attractions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and activities based on guest preferences
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, theaters, or other venues
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling when needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional service
