Entry Level Software Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry Level Software Tester to join our growing team in Oslo. As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for testing software applications and identifying any bugs or issues before they are released to the market. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology and has a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
- Review software requirements and design specifications to ensure they are clear and complete
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements
- Execute manual and automated tests to identify any defects or malfunctions
- Record and report any issues found during testing
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and retest fixes
- Conduct regression testing to ensure previously fixed defects do not reoccur
- Document test results and create test reports for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Experience with manual or automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Oslo, Norway. The candidate must be able to work legally in Norway without requiring accommodation from the company.
