IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our systems, networks, and software, while also implementing new technologies and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of new hardware and software
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in the IT infrastructure
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Train employees on new systems or processes as needed
- Monitor system performance to ensure maximum uptime and minimal downtime
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and data backup/recovery methods
- Experience with cloud-based systems and virtualization technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical staff members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable)
Location: Wiltz (willingness to relocate preferred)
Nationality preference: Nepali (other nationalities welcome to apply)
Employment type: Full-time (Monday-Friday)
