IT Manager - Wiltz


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Wiltz. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing our network, hardware, software, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems. We are looking for someone with a strong background in IT management and a deep understanding of current technologies and trends.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our company's information technology systems
- Manage and maintain our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to our systems
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including negotiating contracts and resolving issues
- Train and mentor junior IT staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, including LAN/WAN protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with cloud computing services such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
