IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Kaunas. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients in a timely and efficient manner. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$. Accommodation will not be provided, but we welcome applicants of all nationalities and genders.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up user accounts and permissions
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Document all support activities in our ticketing system

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
- Experience working with remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk
