Job Title: Office Assistant
We are in need of a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Lahore. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- File and organize documents, both electronically and physically
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Perform data entry tasks
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

This position is based in Lahore.
