Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (Seasonal, Visa Sponsorship Available)
We are a renowned restaurant located in the historic city of Acre, seeking an experienced Executive Chef with a passion for Indian cuisine. This is a seasonal position and we are offering visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Create new and innovative menu items while also maintaining classic dishes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure all dishes are prepared to high standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Indian cuisine, including regional variations
- Ability to create unique dishes while also maintaining traditional flavors
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Must be able to legally work in Acre on a seasonal basis
Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this seasonal position.
