Architecture Manager


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This includes managing a team of architects, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring the timely completion of projects within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects in the design and development of architectural plans
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
- Work closely with contractors to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Oversee all phases of construction, from initial concept to final completion
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or construction management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
