Indian Accountant in Nakuru

We are a multinational company looking for a talented Indian Accountant to join our team in Nakuru. As an Indian Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of our company. Your main duties will include preparing financial statements, analyzing budgets and expenses, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Accountant
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax laws
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports on a regular basis
- Analyze budgets, expenses, and variances to identify areas for cost savings
- Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable/receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and tax laws
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial advice and support decision making
- Participate in the budgeting process and provide insights on financial projections
