Land Surveyor
As a land surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and determining property boundaries for construction, mapping, and other purposes. You will use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers and total stations to collect data and create detailed reports. This role requires strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. You must also be able to interpret legal documents and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using advanced equipment
- Collect and analyze data to determine property boundaries
- Create detailed reports and maps based on survey results
- Ensure accuracy of measurements and calculations
- Interpret legal documents such as deeds, plats, and maps
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other professionals
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in land surveying or related field
- Strong mathematical skills including algebra, geometry, trigonometry
- Knowledge of land surveying techniques and equipment
- Experience with CAD software preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to interpret legal documents accurately
Location: This position is located in Monte-Carlo but remote work may be possible for the right candidate.
Salary: The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
