We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Moscow. As the head of the kitchen, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of food preparation and production. This includes creating menus, managing inventory, and ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that reflect our brand while incorporating seasonal ingredients
- Manage inventory to ensure ingredients are fresh and readily available
- Oversee food preparation and production to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other team members
- Monitor food costs to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to plan events or special menus
- Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to create menus that appeal to a diverse customer base
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Creativity and innovation in developing new dishes
- Fluent English language skills required; knowledge of Russian is a plus
