Indian Chef in Moscow



We are looking for a talented and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. You must have a passion for Indian cuisine and be able to create dishes that are both delicious and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes according to traditional recipes
- Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure high quality and presentation of all dishes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Adhere to all food hygiene regulations and safety standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques
- Ability to create unique dishes while staying true to traditional recipes
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage kitchen staff

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
