Facade Construction Worker


We are seeking experienced Facade Construction Workers to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Facade Construction Worker, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing building facades according to project plans and specifications. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$, including accommodation and visa sponsorship for foreigners.

Responsibilities:
- Install and assemble building facades using various materials such as glass, metal, and stone
- Read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Measure and cut materials to fit project requirements
- Install weatherproofing systems to ensure the durability of the facade
- Repair damaged or faulty facades as needed
- Coordinate with other construction workers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in facade construction or related field
- Knowledge of different facade materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail for precise installation and repair work
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members

Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade school diploma or equivalent certification in construction or related field
- Experience working on commercial or high-rise buildings
- Ability to speak Russian or Tatar is a plus
