Gardening Specialist



As a Gardening Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces in Jerusalem. You will work closely with clients to design and implement customized gardening plans that meet their specific needs and preferences. This position requires a high level of skill and expertise in horticulture, as well as strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences
- Design customized gardening plans, including plant selection, layout, and maintenance schedule
- Source plants, materials, and equipment needed for each project
- Prepare soil, plant flowers, trees, shrubs, and other greenery according to the planned design
- Maintain gardens by watering, fertilizing, pruning, weeding, and other necessary tasks
- Monitor plant health and make recommendations for adjustments or replacements as needed
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their gardens
- Ensure all work is completed within budget and on schedule

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of plants, soil types, fertilizers, pest control methods
- Ability to use various gardening tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide recommendations accordingly
- Attention to detail with a creative eye for design
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Jerusalem (accommodation provided)
Nationality: Indian (other nationalities welcome)
Language: English not required but preferred
Experience: Experience in gardening or horticulture is required
