Waiter/Waitress at a Canadian Restaurant in Plovdiv, Bulgaria



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a popular Canadian restaurant in Plovdiv. As an integral member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and workstations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (no knowledge of Bulgarian required)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month, with opportunities for growth within the company.
