IT Manager - Ashdod, Pakistan


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations in Ashdod, Pakistan. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and control the company's technological infrastructure
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Manage a team of IT professionals including hiring, training and performance evaluation
- Ensure all systems and networks are secure, reliable and efficient
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Oversee software and hardware upgrades and installations
- Stay updated on new technology trends and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technological needs and provide support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven work experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, database management and system infrastructure design
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience with budgeting and cost management for technology projects
- Excellent communication skills in English
