Our fast-growing data analytics company in Herzliya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and providing valuable insights to help drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large amounts of data from various sources using advanced statistical techniques
- Develop models and algorithms to identify trends and patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through visualizations, reports, and presentations
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in data analytics or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R programming languages, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience working with large datasets using databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Herzliya, Israel (must have a valid biometric passport)

*This position is open to Indian nationals only. English proficiency is not required but preferred.
