We are currently hiring for the role of Teamlead in Vilnius, Lithuania for Indian nationals only. This is a full-time position that does not require English proficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in team management and strong leadership skills.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve set goals and targets
- Set performance expectations for team members and provide regular feedback to ensure growth and development
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional and efficient manner
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Train new team members on processes, procedures, and company policies

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with authorization to work in Lithuania
- Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role is required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
