Job Title: Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will oversee and manage the architectural planning and design process for various construction projects in the city of Os. You will be responsible for collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the specified requirements. Your duties will include conducting site visits, reviewing and approving blueprints and designs, coordinating with local authorities to obtain necessary permits, and managing project budgets and timelines.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in architecture or a related field, along with several years of experience in architectural design and project management. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas are also essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop design proposals that meet their needs
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure that all technical aspects of the project are addressed
- Review blueprints and designs to identify potential issues or conflicts
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns or challenges that may arise
- Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Oversee a team of architects, designers, drafters, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure that all work is completed according to industry standards and regulations
- Stay updated on new trends and developments in architecture to continuously improve processes and designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design or project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
- Effective leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful projects
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant building laws, codes, and regulations in the city of Os is preferred
