We are in search of an experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in the beautiful city of Svalbard. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs and requirements for commercial buildings.
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints that adhere to building codes and regulations.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented correctly.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure a smooth building process.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Architect in commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this contract position. Accommodation will be provided for candidates who are not local to Svalbard. Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Svalbard.
