Solar Installer (Nepali-speaking)

We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Utena. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels, ensuring that they are functioning efficiently and safely. This position is suitable for men who are looking for a part-time job without prior experience in the solar industry.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops or other designated areas according to safety standards and manufacturer instructions
- Connect panels to electrical systems, including wiring and inverters
- Test and troubleshoot panels to ensure they are functioning properly
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance work
- Communicate with customers about installation procedures and answer any questions or concerns they may have
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working at heights

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Nepali language, as well as basic English skills
- Physically fit and able to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers

Salary: $1400 per month (part-time)

Location: Utena, Lithuania (preference for Nepali-speaking candidates)
