Contract Attorney for Legal Firm in Medina


We are a leading legal firm in Medina seeking a skilled Contract Attorney to join our team. This is a contract position, perfect for an experienced attorney looking for a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work on various legal cases.

As our Contract Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to our clients. You will be expected to research and analyze complex legal issues, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex cases
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, contracts, and agreements
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and other legal proceedings
- Provide sound legal advice to clients based on your research and analysis
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members on case strategy and preparation
- Maintain accurate records of all case-related activities

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Medina
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an attorney
- Experience working with contract law preferred
- Proficient in English language
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously

This is a contract position with competitive compensation of $1700 per month. As this is a contract role, there is no accommodation provided. However, we do offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for our international candidates.
