We are in search of a creative and skilled Florist to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and other special events.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and assembling flower arrangements according to client's preferences and event theme
- Maintaining the quality and freshness of flowers by proper handling and storage
- Ordering and restocking flowers and supplies as needed
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting clients in choosing the perfect flower arrangements for their needs
- Keeping track of inventory levels and managing expenses related to floral supplies
- Collaborating with event planners, caterers, and other vendors to ensure seamless execution of events
- Keeping up-to-date with current trends in floral design and incorporating them into your work

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a florist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, their characteristics, and care instructions
- Strong artistic skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in varying temperatures
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as needed

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree or certification in floral design is preferred.

Salary:
