Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in the city of Chelyabinsk. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their specifications and budget.

Your main duties will include creating detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software. You will also collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are structurally sound and meet all building codes and regulations.

In addition to technical skills, this role requires strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members. You must also have a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities to address any issues that may arise during the construction process.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. While prior experience in commercial architecture is preferred, we are open to considering candidates without experience who possess the necessary skills and qualifications. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.
