Senior Commercial Architect


As a Senior Commercial Architect in our dynamic team, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings in Chelyabinsk. Your exceptional design skills and attention to detail will play a critical role in creating innovative and functional spaces that meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive building plans that comply with local codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and functional designs for commercial buildings based on client needs and site constraints
- Create detailed construction plans, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project completion within budget and timeline
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve any design issues or conflicts, and ensure compliance with building codes
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in materials or technologies, and best practices to enhance design quality
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Excellent understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail with a creative mindset
- Fluency in English is preferred

We offer competitive salary package starting at 1600$, commensurate with experience. This is a contract job opportunity open to all nationalities; however, proficiency in English is required. Candidates must have a biometric passport for visa processing purposes.
