We are hiring a skilled Blast Furnace Operator to join our team in Pula, Croatia. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnaces used in the production of iron and steel. Your duties will include monitoring furnace operations, adjusting controls to regulate temperature and pressure, and conducting routine maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with blast furnaces and possess a strong understanding of furnace operations and safety protocols. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Operate blast furnaces according to established procedures
- Monitor furnace operations, including temperature and pressure levels
- Adjust controls as needed to maintain optimal conditions
- Conduct routine maintenance on furnace equipment
- Troubleshoot issues and make necessary repairs
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with blast furnaces
- Strong understanding of furnace operations and safety protocols
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
