Hotel Manager

We are currently hiring for the position of Hotel Manager in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel operations and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Set financial targets and monitor expenses to ensure profitability
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Train and supervise staff to provide exceptional service to guests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the hotel
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel and attract new business

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems such as Opera or Fidelio is preferred
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one before starting employment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with accommodation.
