Administrative Director
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Lusail. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions of the company and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage and supervise all administrative staff, including receptionists, secretaries, and office assistants
- Oversee budget planning and financial management for administrative operations
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Maintain records of office expenses, inventory, and employee attendance
- Handle employee relations issues, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Plan and organize company events and meetings
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and legal requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Administrative Director or similar position
- Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality preferred
