We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Svalbard. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Your main duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and supervising administrative staff.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent organizational skills, and strong leadership abilities. You must be able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office is also required.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates already residing in Svalbard or willing to relocate at their own expense. We are also willing to provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
