We are hiring a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Oslo. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems and improve our products. You should have a strong background in machine learning, data analysis, and programming.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to improve our products.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design solutions.
- Continuously research and evaluate new techniques and tools for improving machine learning processes.
- Test and validate the performance of machine learning models.
- Create visualizations to communicate results to stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, statistics, and probability.
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Knowledge of SQL databases for data extraction and manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques for text analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of deep learning techniques for image recognition or speech recognition.

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Oslo, Norway (open to remote work)
