Industrial Alpinist (Part-Time)

We are searching for skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Industrial Alpinists. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will work at various heights to perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on buildings, structures, and equipment. This is a part-time position in the city of Bergen, Norway.

Responsibilities:
- Use specialized equipment and techniques to access hard-to-reach areas
- Perform rope access work for cleaning, painting, welding, and other tasks
- Inspect and maintain safety equipment and ropes
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Complete reports and documentation as required

Requirements:
- Must have a strong understanding of industrial alpinism techniques
- Previous experience in industrial alpinism preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Valid certification in rope access (IRATA or SPRAT)
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Norwegian language proficiency is a plus)
